Thanks again! Finally an end to this seemingly age-old dilema. It's not even a requirement that finger, and memory, gymnastics be performed. I already have 2 macro phrases that insert logging dates with different tab/space surroundings! And I'm envisioning much more as I learn more about the program. This has already become much more useful than just ONE simple hotkey, after maybe only half a day of figuring things out (I have a cognitive disability). My memory was jogged that I had heard mention of it before, but I figured it was something hard to use and paid-only - or one of those programs that advertises itself as phony so-called It's almost like AutoHotkeys on steroids, only infinitely easier to use. But the PhraseExpress solution seems far better with far more usefullness.
I was initially hoping someone might bring up the feature in ditto, within its quick-paste keyboard options page - which I could never get to work.
